Experienced Real Estate Paralegal required for a law firm in Brighton. As a key member of the Residential Real Estate team, you will be involved in Conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including –
- Exchange, Completion and Post-Completion
- AML
- Submission of SDLT and AP1 forms
- Liaising with clients
- Opening files
- Invoicing and financial statements
- Full administration including updating systems
