Join our NextGen BHT (Brand Health Tracking) team and help revolutionize brand monitoring and marketing decision‑making through advanced data science techniques. This is an exciting opportunity for a Data Scientist to work on a new product and broaden exposure to emerging technologies in market research.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Lead Data Scientists and cross‑functional teams to develop and implement predictive modelling and advanced brand analytics tools using Python and R.
  • Contribute to the development of new product features alongside the Head of Modelling and broader team.
  • Participate in agile development processes, delivering high‑quality results within designated deadlines.
  • Communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Apply respondent‑level analytics to survey data, test and refine synthetic data methods, and build time‑series econometric models to solve brand and marketing questions.
  • Continuously learn and grow, leveraging guidance and mentorship from the Lead Data Scientist.

Qualifications

  • A technical degree focused on data science or statistics.
  • Solid experience in data science, ideally in market research or a related role.
  • Advanced coding skills in Python and R.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency with Jupyter Notebooks and/or Google Colab for data analysis and modelling.
  • Experience applying respondent‑level analytics to survey data and/or building time‑series econometric models related to brand and marketing questions.
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Effective communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.
