Senior Manager, Sales Enablement Based in London. c£120,000 Basic. Amazing opportunity to shape and grow this department for a leading provider of Payments Technology to European SME’s.
Key Responsibilities
Turning a 500 person independent salesforce into a high performing, consistent revenue engine by building the systems, training and playbooks that drive faster ramp, higher conversion and better retention.
You will have a team of 5 enablement execs covering 4 main regions and be focused on 4 key metrics:
- Time to Ramp (2 weeks to first deal)
- Retention (reduce churn rate of new reps)
- Productivity (increased order values)
- NPS
On top of this you’ll also support the direct sales team that focuses on larger opportunities, as well as the ISV/Partner and CS teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in high volume sales environments, bonus for distributed or independent salesforces.
- Strong track record in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement or Revenue Operations leadership.
- Evidence of strategic initiatives and results attained.
- Experience rolling out enablement platforms – LMS, AI tools, call coaching, etc.
- Ability to turn insights into scalable coaching and training.
- Data driven approach to ramp times, win rates, conversion metrics.
Location & Travel
Office based in London with regular international travel.
Compensation
Rates depend on experience and client requirements.
