Year Group Leader & Student Success Architect

Woodlands School in Colchester is seeking a non-teaching Assistant Head of Year to support the Head of Year in fostering unity, purpose, and cohesion within the year group. This role involves working with Attendance and Pastoral Teams to improve pupil achievements and maintain effective communication with parents.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for making a difference in the school community. The position is part-time for term time only (38 weeks) with a focus on raising aspirations and instilling resilience.
