Lead Cradle Operative / Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Cradle Operative / Supervisor to support a major façade restoration project in Canary Wharf. This is a hands‑on role offering the opportunity to combine practical site work with team leadership responsibilities on a high‑profile development.

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising cradle (BMU) teams on site
• Carrying out façade cleaning and restoration works
• Supporting the training and development of operatives
• Assisting with workflow management and coordination
• Ensuring high standards of health & safety and quality control

Qualifications

• Strong experience working with BMU / cradle systems
• Confident working at height
• Experience leading small teams
• Good English communication skills
• SAEMA certification (preferred)

This role is ideally suited to an experienced operative looking to step into a leadership role with long‑term work on a prestigious London project.
