Senior International Student Recruitment Officer – Outreach, Recruitment & Admissions

Location: Avery Hill Campus

Salary: £32,080 to £37,694 plus £5,476 London weighting

Contract Type: Permanent

Responsibilities

  • Support a wide range of international recruitment and marketing initiatives with a specialism in the Africa region.
  • Travel internationally in assigned markets and work independently in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Professional, flexible, and self-motivated with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven international recruitment professional able to work independently and make decisions.
  • Experience in international recruitment and marketing.
  • Willingness to travel extensively in assigned global markets.

Requirements and Focus

  • Specialism in the Africa region.
  • Ability to support multiple recruitment initiatives and contribute to student success, enterprise, and employment outcomes.
