About The Role
You will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, or health conditions across different care settings.
Shift Patterns
- Day shifts
- Late shifts
- Sleep-in shifts
- Waking night shifts
- Every other weekend working
- Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality support.
- Assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, and health needs.
- Promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
- Supporting individuals to access the community and achieve personal goals.
- Following care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance.
- Working collaboratively as part of a new team.
