We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Associate to join our front‑of‑house team. This is a pivotal role within the building, ensuring residents receive an exceptional level of service while supporting the smooth day‑to‑day management of the site.
- Salary: £27,000 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, plus 1 Saturday in every 3
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent front‑line service including meet & greet, reception duties, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings and general resident support.
- Ensure a seamless move‑in and move‑out experience including property checks.
- Handle resident enquiries and complaints, escalating where necessary.
- Support the delivery of high‑quality services across both front and back of house operations, including amenity space management, tenancy administration and unit management.
- Assist in organising and hosting resident events, ensuring they are promoted effectively via social media and other channels.
About You
- Previous experience within customer service, hospitality, travel & tourism or residential property environments is essential.
- Experience within Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) or Purpose‑Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) environments is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
- Demonstrable ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
