Learning Support Assistant
This school is currently recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant to join the team. In this role you will be offered the opportunity to train and progress in a supportive working environment. Your role will entail supporting children on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis. You will support the “whole child” by ensuring their well‑being, building confidence, developing life skills and encouraging socialisation.
This is a full‑time permanent role, term‑time only. Applicants will be expected to work Monday‑Friday 8:30‑4:30 pm.

Requirements
- Relevant SEN experience (desirable)
- Previous experience working or volunteering with children or young adults (desirable)
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Supporting the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and learning activities
- Communicating with teachers about pupils’ progress and participating in departmental meetings, parents’ evenings and whole school training events
