Overview

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Senior Analyst & Reporting Co‑ordinator to join our Operations Control team. This role is central to delivering high‑quality management information, ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent, and supports effective decision‑making across the business.

You will play a key role in coordinating reporting cycles, improving data quality, and presenting insights to stakeholders, including senior leadership and governance forums.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Coordinate reporting timelines and ensure all deadlines are met across recurring and ad‑hoc reporting
  • Produce and present high‑quality management information for committees and governance forums
  • Design, develop and maintain reporting templates to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Work closely with Power BI and Business Intelligence teams to improve data accessibility and insights
  • Analyse data, identify trends, and challenge anomalies with relevant stakeholders
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to deliver clear and reliable reporting
  • Respond to data requests across the business, ensuring delivery is tracked and prioritised
  • Maintain documentation including reporting templates, definitions and schedules
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, data quality, and efficiency

About You

  • Experience in reporting, data analysis, or operations/business support
  • Proven ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines and competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills with the confidence to challenge data and assumptions
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior audiences
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills (Power BI experience desirable)
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently

Desirable

  • Experience within insurance, broking, underwriting, or another regulated environment
  • Relevant qualifications in data analysis, reporting, or business administration
