Keyresponsibilitieswillinclude:
- Leadinganddeliveringconstructionanddevelopmentprojectsacrossarangeofsectors
- Actingastheprimarypointofcontactforkeyclientsandstakeholders
- Managingprojectprogrammes,budgetsandriskmanagementprocesses
- Coordinatingmultidisciplinaryconsultantteamsandcontractors
- Supportingbusinessdevelopmentactivitiesandidentifyingnewopportunities
- Mentoringandsupportingjuniorprojectmanagementstaff
- Ensuringprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinbudgetandtothehighestqualitystandards
CandidateRequirements
- Provenprojectmanagementexperiencewithinaconsultancyenvironment
- Strongunderstandingofconstructionprojectdeliveryandcontractadministration
- Ideallycharteredstatus(MRICS,MAPMorequivalent)
- Excellentclient-facingandstakeholdermanagementskills
- Commerciallyastutewithstrongleadershipcapabilities
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandprioritieseffectively
