Support Team Leader – Supported Living Harrogate £30,000 – £34,000 per year Full-time | Permanent

We’re seeking an experienced Support Team Leader to join a Supported Living service in Harrogate, supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident senior support worker or existing team leader looking to progress within a supportive and growing service.

Key Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Level 5 preferred)
• Previous Team Leader or senior support experience
• Strong experience supporting learning disabilities and complex needs
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car

The Role

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
• Supervise, mentor, and support support staff
• Contribute to care planning, risk assessments, and compliance
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes for service users
• Support the overall smooth running of the service
