Inpatient Mental Health Support Worker Flexible Bank Shifts

NHS Jobs is looking for individuals to offer enhanced care in a mental health inpatient service in Tees Valley. Your role will involve supporting men with their daily living skills and planning for discharge.

You will work flexible hours, approximately 2-3 shifts per month, and receive ongoing training and coaching. The role requires a passion for supporting independence and excellent communication skills. An enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
