I am looking for a compassionate and confident Learning Support Assistants in Leeds (Team Teach trained !) to join a friendly specialist school in Leeds. You’ll be working with incredible young people who need patience, understanding, and someone who truly gets them.
Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with a variety of complex learning and behavioural needs
- Using de-escalation techniques to keep things calm, safe, and positive
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to deliver personalised support
Qualifications
- Team Teach trained, or open to completing the training with us
- Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, Autism, or complex needs
- A patient, nurturing approach (and a good sense of humour always helps!)
