Parts Advisor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dunstable for a Parts Advisor. The Parts Advisor will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting customers with inquiries, processing parts orders, managing inventory levels, and liaising with the dealership team to ensure efficient operations. Delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction will be a key focus of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Experience with Dealer Management systems and Inventory Control
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing inventory and records
• Knowledge of automotive parts and prior experience in a similar role
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent service
