Support Worker – Huntingdon

FitzRoy Supported Living service in Huntingdon provides care and support for 5 male residents with learning disabilities and autism. We are looking for exceptional support workers to join our friendly team.

Who you’ll be supporting

We support people with learning disabilities, autism, acquired brain injuries or mental health support needs. Many also have physical impairments or other health issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individually tailored care and support to residents.
• Work with residents to identify and achieve their goals, enabling choice and control.
• Carry out everyday tasks such as personal care, and take part in a range of activities.

Job details

• Full‑time and part‑time hours available.
• Rates £12.00 per hour with a 10% weekend enhancement.
• Overtime paid at £2.50 extra per hour.
• A full‑time position requires 2 sleeping nights per month (£50 per night).
• A manual driving licence is essential.
