Key Responsibilities

- Anticipate customer needs and proactively offer styling advice and product knowledge
- Create a calm, welcoming, and considered in‑store atmosphere at all times
- Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with customers to drive loyalty
- Handle all customer queries and complaints with discretion, empathy, and professionalism, ensuring a seamless resolution
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail across all aspects of the customer journey
- Lead by example, consistently demonstrating high‑end service standards
- Coach and develop the team to deliver a refined, attentive, and confident customer experience
- Provide real‑time feedback to elevate service quality and consistency

Store Standards & Operations
- Ensure the store environment reflects a premium, luxury‑inspired standard at all times
- Oversee floor management to ensure customers receive timely, attentive service without feeling rushed
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising and presentation
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling
Sales Through Service
- Drive sales through relationship‑building and exceptional service, rather than transactional selling
- Encourage a consultative approach, focusing on customer needs and styling solutions
- Support the team in achieving KPIs while maintaining service excellence
About You
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior retail role, ideally within a premium or luxury environment
- A genuine passion for delivering elevated, customer‑first experiences
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly
