Job Description:

Superbike Factory | Motorcycle Technician (Workshop)

£28,000–£40,000 DOE + bonus | 41.25 contracted hours | Clear progression | On-site walk-around available

Make Bikers Happy — and be supported while you do it. Our Technicians are the heartbeat of Superbike Factory. We’re a high-performing workshop, but we’re equally focused on looking after the people who keep it moving. That’s why we offer 41.25 contracted hours per week and a clear recovery approach when weekend support is needed.

Work-life balance built in

  • Contracted hours: 41.25 per week

What you’ll be doing

  • Servicing, repairs and diagnostics across all makes and models — from commuter bikes to superbikes
  • Completing work to a retail-ready, safety-first standard
  • Road testing where required to confirm quality
  • Working closely with Parts, Workshop Control and the wider team to keep bikes flowing
  • Taking pride in doing the job properly — with pace and workmanship

What we’re looking for

Essential

  • Experience as a motorcycle technician (or strong automotive background with transferable skills)
  • Strong mechanical ability and safe workshop practice
  • A quality mindset and a team-first attitude

Desirable (we’ll support development)

  • Multi-brand / multi-franchise or dealer experience
  • Motorcycle licence
  • MOT licence (desirable) — if you’re keen to renew, or have the experience to complete training, we can support you to achieve this

What you’ll get

  • Competitive salary banding (£28k–£40k) with a clear route from Entry level → Master Technician
  • Bonus / commission opportunity linked to performance and contribution
  • Dedicated technical support from senior technicians, Workshop Control and leadership — so you’re never stuck on a job alone
  • Ongoing training and development, including external training (e.g., welding training and other specialist courses) and MOT support where applicable

Interested? Let’s talk (even informally)

If you’re an experienced motorcycle technician and you’re either looking to get back into the industry, or you’re currently in the trade and open to a move, we’d love to meet you. Come on site for a walk-around and an informal chat with our Aftersales Manager and Workshop Controllers.
