About the role
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join a friendly and supportive team in Pershore. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working as part of a team.
What you’ll be doing
- Assembling broom brushes to a high standard
- Carrying out tasks ranging from simple assembly to operating machinery
- Securing brush heads using brackets, bolts, and reinforcement stays
- Checking bristles are aligned, secure, and finished neatly
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
