Grounds Maintenance Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (37 hours per week)
Pay: £14.50 per hour
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a hardworking and friendly team in Bideford. This is a seasonal position, ideal for someone with strong horticulture and grounds maintenance skills who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Mowing, strimming, and general grass carePlanting and maintenance of flower beds and bordersHedge cutting and shrub pruningGeneral grounds upkeep and horticultural tasksRequirements:
Previous experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture (essential)Full UK driving licence (essential – travel required across Torridge District)Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsGood level of physical fitness
