Workplace Support Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Support Coordinator to join our team and provide efficient, professional, and cost-effective workplace support services at a prestigious corporate client site. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual with facilities management experience to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace, maintaining high service standards, supporting health & safety compliance, and building strong relationships with both the client and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver workplace support services in line with Service Level Agreements
- Carry out daily floor walks covering H&S, security, cleaning, and maintenance
- Act as first point of contact for facilities-related enquiries
- Monitor helpdesk requests and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain site security procedures, records, and business continuity documentation
- Complete inductions for new starters and contractors
- Support access cards, signage, and general workplace administration
- Produce reports and maintain accurate compliance records
- Carry out weekly H&S inspections and report hazards
- Support office moves and other ad-hoc site duties as required
About You
- Previous experience in Facilities Management or Workplace Services
- Good understanding of workplace operations and H&S requirements
- Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently, prioritise workload, and use initiative
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
- Flexible approach to working hours when required
