Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Suillean House, Heckington
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Life Practitioner to provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. Key responsibilities include assisting them in daily activities, accompanying them on community trips, and driving the company vehicle to appointments, shopping, meals and outings. To operate the vehicle you must hold a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for two years or more.
Starting rates are £12.71 for Level 1, £13.10 for Level 2 and £13.60 for Level 3. You can progress through our competency framework to unlock higher hourly rates.
