Adult Support Workers – Shaftesbury, Dorset

About the Role

You will be supporting adults in their own homes or within supported living environments, helping them maintain independence and live safely and comfortably.

• Providing personal care (washing, dressing, hygiene support)
• Assisting with daily living tasks
• Supporting with mobility
• Promoting independence and wellbeing
• Accurate record keeping and reporting

What Were Looking For

• Previous experience in adult care or support work
• A caring, patient, and professional approach
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and commitment
• DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay & Hours

• GBP15 per hour
• Flexible shifts available – full-time, part-time, or bank
