What will you be doing?
As an Electrical Production Technician, also focusing on Customer Returns, you will manage the full lifecycle of customer product returns—from analysis, repair and testing through to completion—ensuring outcomes for cost, quality and customer satisfaction. You’ll also use your technical skills as a Technician to assemble, test, and troubleshoot load-monitoring solutions for our global customer base.
- Co-ordinate customer returns, including analysis, repair and testing schedules, maintaining progress tracking using Trello
- Work closely with production teams to plan resource requirements and return milestones
- Report internally on Customer Returns performance
- Assemble marine load monitoring equipment and ensure the equipment works to specification
- Interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Carry out test procedures and diagnose/repair faulty products
- Support continuous development and improvement of engineering solutions
- Assist with office tasks, including supporting sales activities

- Experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear, precise communication skills
- Excellent written and numerical skills
- Good general office computer skills
- Ability to prioritise activities in a busy, pressured environment
- Ability to manage your own time and workload efficiently
- Knowledge of assembly and testing of electronic measurement systems is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of load cell manufacture and monitoring systems testing is advantageous but not essential
