Are you passionate about delivering great customer service? We’re working with a fantastic client based in the heart of Durham, to hire Customer Service Advisors on a temporary ongoing basis — with the opportunity to secure a permanent role for the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Provide exceptional customer care while using various internal systems.
• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

What We’re Looking For

• A positive, flexible attitude — shifts will vary Monday to Sunday, between 8am and 8pm.
• Various shift patterns available, including a 4-day workweek!
• Both full‑time (37 hours/week) and part‑time (27.5 hours/week) options.
• Previous customer service experience is a big plus, but not essential as full paid training is provided.

• This is an office‑based role in central Durham.
• Successful applicants must pass a credit check and DBS check.
