The Role:

We’re working with a well-established residential service in the Channel Islands, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs. The home currently supports 4 young people, and with new homes opening soon, there’s scope for you to relocate and even work alongside friends or colleagues if you wish!

Your role will focus on:

Providing high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people who have experienced trauma.Using a trauma-informed and therapeutic approach to build trust, resilience, and stability.Supporting daily routines, education, and life skills development.Working closely with the team to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment.What’s On Offer:
