Overview

A boutique private equity firm with stunning Marylebone offices seeks new summer Team Assistant temps to cover holidays of permanent Team Assistants.

This role is ideal for freelancers with Team Assistant experience or career assistants between permanent roles, offering a pathway to join the firm’s pool of regular temp staff.

Cover Dates & Hours

Cover Dates:

• May 28th – June 1st
• June 1st – June 5th
• June 1st – June 10th
• June 8th – June 10th

Standard Hours: 8:30‑5:30 or 9:00‑6:00.

Duties

• Comprehensive and ever‑changing diary management
• Travel and flight management for senior team members
• Inbox management for busy senior team members
• Restaurant, taxi bookings and expenses management
• Use of internal systems and databases to record activity (full training provided)
