Job Details
Hours per week: 37.5 hours per week.
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Work base: Site based.
Role
Support Worker for young people aged 16-25 living in supported housing. Acts as Key Person to ensure safety, help develop independent living skills and support wellbeing in the living environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support and mentorship to residents, maintain safety and wellbeing, assist in daily living skill development, and collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
Full UK driving licence required.
