Your responsibilities as Property & Lettings Manager
- Manage end‑to‑end lettings processes including viewings, applications, agreements, and renewals
- Oversee tenant relationships, handling queries and ensuring high retention levels
- Coordinate maintenance and compliance work with internal teams and contractors
- Conduct inspections, rent reviews, and maintain accurate records
- Ensure all properties meet current legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update property management systems and tenant data
What we’re looking for in a Property & Lettings Manager
- Previous experience managing residential lettings and property portfolios
- Strong knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience handling tenant negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews
- Understanding of property maintenance and common building issues
- Proficiency with property systems and Microsoft Office tools
Working hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (flexibility required)
