Maintenance Operative

Shift Pattern: 09:00 am – 17:00 pm Monday to Friday

Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Operative for their site. This is an 18-month assignment; you’ll need to have a good working knowledge of building health and safety requirements, as well as knowledge of practical building maintenance.

The Role:

• Understanding of building compliance
• Technical awareness for fault finding
• Keeping records for data compliance, understanding outcomes and impact
• Assisting with maintenance tasks around the site
• Working to site and Health & Safety standards
