Refugee Support & Community Outreach Worker (Home Visits)

Thirteen Group is seeking a Support Service Worker in Redcar for a 9-month placement in the Refugee Resettlement Team. This role involves managing a caseload of refugee families, providing person-centred support to help integrate them into the community.

The position requires flexibility, as it involves working from customers’ homes and community centres, as well as potential remote work. Fluency in Arabic, Dari, or Farsi is advantageous for effectively supporting a diverse clientele.
