Aquinas is a thriving Catholic Sixth Form College in Stockport with over 2400 FTE students. The college wishes to appoint a Learning Support Assistant (Mainstream) to start in the autumn term 2026. The role supports students with learning difficulties and disabilities to access the curriculum and develop their skills, primarily on A Level or Level 3 BTEC courses.
The position is on the Sixth Form Colleges’ Association (SFCA) Support Staff Pay Scale. The successful candidate will be innovative, enthusiastic, and meet the person specification.
