Team Leader – Refuse & Recycling (HGV Class 2 Driver)

Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking a Refuse/Recycling Team Leader to enhance waste and recycling services. You will drive the collection vehicle and manage team safety while collecting waste across the borough.

This permanent position involves working 37 hours per week with a focus on building good working relationships with residents and ensuring compliance with health and safety practices. Full training and PPE equipment will be provided.
