Job Details

Location: St Neots (PE19)Salary: £14.05 – £14.75 per hourHours: 36 per weekShifts: 08:00 – 20:00 and 20:00 – 08:00Includes both day and occasional nights and personal care duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments and administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Experience within the care sector is not essential, as full training is provided.
• Must be over 18 years old.
