Job Description:

Shoe Zone has an opportunity for a Customer Services Advisor to join our customer services team based at our Head Office in Leicester. You will join us on a part time (22.5 hours), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary starting at a minimum of £24,903.65 FTE. Overtime will also be available to cover holiday, sickness and peak periods within the team.

About the Role

Our team works on a 4-week rolling rota with various shift patterns to cover the opening hours. On occasion the rota may change due to holiday, sickness or peak periods, so flexibility across weekends and weekdays will be required.

Opening Hours

  • Monday – Thursday 8am-8pm
  • Friday 8am – 6pm
  • Weekends and Bank Holidays 9am – 5pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve email and live chat enquiries
  • Answer customer telephone calls
  • Respond to customer queries on social media
  • Liaise with couriers to resolve delivery enquiries

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Cheerful, confident manner with a positive, professional and calm telephone manner
  • GCSE Level 4/Grade C or above in Maths and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service and/or retail desirable
