Job Overview

This role calls for support workers who take initiative and enjoy a flexible approach to daily support. You will work with a variety of clients in their homes or in the community.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experienced support worker in community or residential environment.
• Comfortable working within a framework that celebrates client strengths and proactively supports them to live a good life.
• Ability to combine life‑coaching, care work, companionship, and motivation.
• Weekend availability.
• Own vehicle and full driver’s licence.
• Level 2, 3, or 4 healthcare qualification essential.
• Applicants without a healthcare qualification may not be considered.
