Production Operator – Immediate Starts Available

Location: Hetton-le-Hole (DH5)

Pay: From £12.86 per hour + overtime enhancements

The Role

As a Production Operator, you will play a key role in maintaining efficient production processes and delivering high-quality output. This is a hands‑on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within a fast-paced production environment
• Use a nail gun as part of daily production tasks
• Ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve targets

About You

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-moving environment
• Good attention to detail
• Previous production or nail gun experience is beneficial but not essential

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift: 6:20am – 2:30pm
• Back Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Pay & Benefits

• Starting rate from £12.86 per hour
• Pay review after 12 weeks
• Overtime available:
  • Saturday: Time and a half
  • Sunday: Double time
