We are looking for a Bookings Coordinator to join our busy team at the Head Office in St Helens, Merseyside.
Hours: Full time and permanent.
Responsibilities
- Ensure surveyors’ diaries are booked to full capacity.
- Follow up on client enquiries and provide potential clients with quotations.
- Guide clients towards the best survey option based on the age and style of their buildings.
- Build trusted relationships with potential customers and showcase our services.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Computer literate.
- Sales‑oriented team player.
