Role Description
We’re looking for a detail-driven Customer Service Coordinator for 6-12 months with strong SAP experience to join our team. In this role, you’ll sit at the heart of our supply chain—owning order management end-to-end, solving challenges proactively, and ensuring our customers receive a seamless, high-quality service experience every time.
What you will be doing?
- End-to-end order management with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
- Proactively managing stock issues, delays, and customer communications
- Resolving queries and supply chain issues through to completion
- Working closely with logistics, planning, finance and commercial teams
- Maintaining customer data, processing returns, and supporting KPI reporting
The ideal candidate
- SAP experience (essential)
- Customer service experience (B2B)
- Experienced in order processing (essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Supply chain or FMCG experience advantageous
