Maintenance Technician – Edinburgh

Location: Large Residential Development (Edinburgh)

Salary: Up to £30,000 (DOE)

Work pattern: Monday – Friday, static site role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general planned and reactive maintenance
• Basic plumbing, joinery, and fabric repairs
• Minor electrical maintenance and repairs
• Painting and decorating touch‑ups
• Support contractors on site
• Carry out site inspections and report defects
• Maintain communal areas to a high standard
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management teams

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, handyman, or FM experience
• Good all‑round building maintenance knowledge
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• Reliable and proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence preferred
