The Role
This PMO Coordinator role sits at the heart of a large‑scale carve‑out, supporting coordination across multiple workstreams and ensuring the successful delivery of key milestones within a structured program environment.
- Coordinate PMO activities across multiple workstreams
- Track and manage progress across a large number of program milestones
- Work within Transition Service Agreements (TSAs)
- Maintain governance frameworks and provide updates into the steering group
- Drive execution, ensuring tasks are delivered on time
- Manage and continuously improve planning, reporting, and Excel‑based processes
Your Experience
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail‑driven PMO professional who thrives in structured environments and enjoys bringing clarity and control to complex programs.
- Proven experience as a PMO Coordinator or PMO Analyst within large programs
- Background in Financial Services, Technology, or Professional Services
- Advanced Excel skills, including data management, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., macros, VBA) to improve efficiency
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large‑scale program tracking with precision.
- Carve‑out project experience highly desirable.
