A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised Team Assistant to join a fast-paced private equity-backed organisation within the education sector on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Based in their Mayfair office, you’ll provide essential support across the M&A, Projects, and Finance teams, working closely with senior stakeholders in a dynamic and international environment.
This is a varied and busy role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering first-class administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Extensive diary and inbox management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating complex international travel and itineraries
- Organising interviews and stakeholder meetings
- Preparing board packs, presentations, and meeting materials
- Supporting internal and external events
- Processing expenses and reconciling company credit cards
- Maintaining shared drives and department documentation
- Providing ad hoc reception and administrative support
About You
- Previous experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders within a corporate environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and professional approach
