You’ll have a crucial role in delivering quality, consistency, and efficiency, while growing your own capability in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.What you’ll be doing:Operating and monitoring packaging machinery, carrying out smooth changeovers and supporting day-to-day line performanceChampioning a strong health and safety culture, ensuring standards are always met and exceededTaking ownership of key operational benchmarks, contributing to team success and continuous improvementSupporting quality control processes to ensure every product meets our high standardsAssisting with basic maintenance activities and problem-solving to keep production flowing seamlesslyRecording accurate data through business systems to track performance and find opportunitiesCollaborating closely with colleagues across shifts to maintain consistency and share standard proceduresBuilding capability across multiple machines to enable flexibility and “flow to work” across the lineYou will be assigned to one of the following shift patterns equating to a 29 hour week:Fixed Weekend Shift PatternFriday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PMSaturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMSunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMFlexible Weekend Shift PatternFriday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PMSaturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMSunday: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with flexibility to extend to 7:00 PM)This is your chance to bring your spark, grow your skills, and be part of something bigger—where every shift you work helps deliver quality experiences enjoyed around the world.About YouAs a Weekend Operator, you bring energy, precision, and pride to every shift, thriving in a fast-paced packaging environment where teamwork and accountability shine.You love getting hands-on with both physical and automated workflows, confidently keeping operations flowing while championing safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
