About the Team Assistant role
This is a newly created Team Assistant role driven by growth. The successful candidate will work closely with a dynamic and well-respected Senior EA who oversees all firmwide events, and plays a central role in portfolio governance and internal processes. Key responsibilities for the Team Assistant include:
- Supporting the Operations team with presentations, research, and ad hoc projects
- Assisting with portfolio reviews, governance processes, and internal meetings
- Coordinating logistics for national and international events
- Liaising with senior stakeholders and external contacts across multiple locations
- Preparing high-quality PowerPoint presentations and materials
- Assisting with international travel planning and occasional diary support
- Processing expenses and supporting general administrative tasks
- Acting as a reliable back‑up across a wide range of business‑critical activities
- Additional duties as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Some prior experience in an office environment is helpful, but attitude and potential are key
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, even when juggling multiple workstreams
- A proactive mindset, able to take ownership
- Comfortable working in a fluid, less structured environment (this is not a checklist‑driven role)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
- Positive, adaptable attitude with a sense of humour
- Collaborative and service‑oriented, with a natural ability to build relationships
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Discreet and professional, able to handle sensitive information
