Hourly Pay
£13.00 per hour
Where You’ll Work
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Knowsley distribution centre daily.
- Work hours – Evenings: On Call 22.5+15 Mon-Fri 15:00-23:00
- Guaranteed 22.5 hours per week which can be flexed up to a further 15 hours per week.
- The hours we allocate to you each week will be within the availability of Monday-Friday between 15:00-23:00.
- You will be given 2 weeks’ notice of your working hours each week.
What You’ll Do
- The Returns team are responsible for refunding customer returns and consolidating all customer returned products, within a 48-hour timeline.
- The role is PC-based; however some returns roles include lifting and loading heavy items up to 25KG and using fork lift trucks.
What You’ll Bring
- Full training and support will be provided, so warehouse experience is not required.
- Basic PC skills (data entry, navigation between screens).
- Attention to detail as Quality Customer Service is our top priority.
- Deadline driven, efficient and accurate, quick learner with energy and motivation.
- Punctuality and commitment are essential.
