Retail Transactions Specialist (On-Site)

Harrods Limited is seeking a Transaction Services Assistant to support the Retail teams with complex transactions while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires expertise in transaction procedures, ensuring compliance with store policies and efficiently handling a variety of tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, PC literacy, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with both customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully on-site, working 5 days a week.
