You will architect the systems powering a company building the first autonomous digital worker for finance. Sitting across sales, marketing, and onboarding, you’ll eliminate manual bottlenecks to help the revenue function scale. This is a high-impact role working directly with the CEO to turn a full pipeline into seamless, automated growth.

What You Will Do

• Design and automate the end-to-end customer onboarding journey to scale volume 10x without increasing manual headcount.
• Own the HubSpot stack and GTM dashboard, building the pipeline discipline, data workflows, and reporting the founding team relies on.
• Manage marketing automation and compliance workflows, ensuring all content meets regulatory standards while maintaining a high-velocity publishing engine.

The ideal candidate

• Has 2–4 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, or as a Founder’s Associate at a high-growth Series A/B startup or consultancy.
• Is a systems thinker with deep HubSpot proficiency, capable of building complex automation workflows and spotting data patterns in plain English.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and has a background in fintech or professional services where navigating compliance and legal gates is essential.
