We are looking for a Support Worker to join the team at Waverley House in Leominster. This role focuses on providing care to service users in a safe and compassionate environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to service users.
• Assist with washing, dressing and promote independence where possible.
• Use the latest care technology to spend more time with service users.
• Deliver high standards of care and act as an advocate for the service users.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or qualifications required.
• Commitment to compassionate and respectful care.
• Willingness to learn and develop within the organization.
