Responsibilities

• Support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions in daily activities.
• Encourage and facilitate independence through meaningful tasks and social engagements such as walks, visits to cafés, and pursuit of personal interests.
• Build trusting relationships and promote personal choice and confidence in all interactions.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine desire to support and empower people with complex needs.
• Ready to undergo an enhanced DBS check (the organisation will pay for the check).
• Demonstrate empathy, patience, and effective communication skills.
