Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge
• Drive a 3.5‑tonne van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to customers
• Build rapport with customers and suppliers, responding to queries by phone, email, and processing sales
• Perform general warehouse duties including goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders, and merchandising

Schedule

• Full‑time permanent position, 41.5 hours per week: Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–16:00, alternate Saturdays 09:00–13:00 (paid as overtime)

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence is essential
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or warehouse
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn, including completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided)
• Strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team
